A modern business consists of an effective and efficient supply chain that is the flow from one stage to another stage. The more a Supply Chain integrates, the more successful a business. The logic behind is that if a Supply Chain is more integrated, there will be a little or no high possibility of breakdown of the whole process. 


From the Business point of view, Supply Chain is the process of producing a product or service and give it to the final customer. So, There are some departments or stages in between production of product or service and final customer. How the product / service will be supplied to the final customer and smooth flow of activities of every stage is the supply chain.

If there is any deviation from the average result, they must receive the training and there will be control periodically.
